HR Project Mgr | AlliedBarton Security Services | King of Prussia, PA AlliedBarton Security Services is looking for an experienced Human Resources Project Manager to lead and manage key national initiatives and programs to effectively support corporate and field operations. This position is responsible for proactively managing a multitude of various vacation plan types, unemployment programs and processes, compliance reporting and other human resource projects. Individual will be accountable for project planning and prioritization; managing timelines; HRIS applications, development of key business matrices and will be responsible for writing and implementing company policies and procedures. He/she will partner with field management in assuring key tools support process improvements/efficiencies and company financial objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your creativity and business acumen. The position requires a strong desire to work and collaborate in an intense, fast-moving growth environment. The individual will have direct supervisory responsibilities in addition to working with various levels of employees and management in a matrix management environment. The position is located in our corporate headquarters in KOP and reports to the Director of Human Resources. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in HR/Business or equivalent related experience Minimum two years supervisory experience Excellent project management skills with demonstrated experience and knowledge with HR policies, practices and procedures. Strong knowledge and experience with HRIS Systems and proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, etc.) Solid knowledge of unemployment laws, vacation plan types. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated initiative and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
